Something to think about:
If you are designing a logo for your shirt, think about the stitching. Thread is a physical thing. It has a size and a bulk. Avoid those beautiful colour blends, skinny lines and tiny lettering. Especially avoid dots. They end up as a sharp little knot on the back of the material, and that is against your skin.
Scratchy and irritating.
